September 2021

 Dear friend,

We kicked off this month with a killer day on the lake with friends.  We all decided the Ericksons need more boat-time in our lives!

We loved our annual Labor Day Weekend at Gram & Grandpa's.
We were joined by the Hawks this year for our second Spartan weekend inVermont.  The kids did awesome in their races. Summer, Carolyn and Claire ran the 2-mile race.  Elias and Matt raced 19 miles and 11,000 feet of elevation.
The boys and I hosted a Ninja Warrior camp for 8 boys on one of our days off.
The girls helped us set up and it was a hit!
One night Joy and Summer threw a romantic date night for me and Elias.  Rose was insanely jealous.
We enjoyed other adventures with friends, siblings, hornets, and baking.
Rose is getting good with her colors, but for some reason she calls  white "black", she calls black "dark" and red "spicy". I love it so I don't have the heart to correct her.  Preschool will have to do that.  (Rose is just home a lot more than the other kids so that's why there are more pictures!)
Love to you all,
Brittany et al.
