The Ericksons began 2013 at the most wonderful place on earth - Tober! We were able to spend time at the cabin with my parents, Chelsea and Hannah...so fun! Lots of delicious food, card games, tractor time, good conversations, dancing, and cuddling in front of the fire!
When we arrived back to school, Elias began his second to last quarter. His schedule has been awesome and we've had lots of daddy-time!
Summer has been helping Daddy work out.
She can even read while coaching him through his exercises.
He has taught her a few new tricks...
And she has taught him a few tricks...
And when Mommy leaves the room things seem to get a little out of hand!
Elias has also taken us on a lot of beautiful hikes lately.
We've loved playing outside this month, whether with Daddy or our other friends in the courtyard.
We especially like playing with Daniel. Summer & he are a riot together.
Summer has become more opinionated with her food preferences lately. She's still a pretty good eater, but if she's not interested, there is no way that food is getting in her mouth.
Mostly, this month has been a blast with Summer & Elias. Summer has grown so much this month and continually makes us laugh. And we have loved spending so much time with Elias! He's our FAVORITE!

How great to have so much family time! That Summer girl is ALWAYS smiling! Can you post a crying picture or two next time just so I can see how cute her cry face is too. ;)
Oh how I love it! I love so much all the photos, particularly of Summer! She is so cute and I am so SO happy that I got to meet her. The marker on her face, classic. You guys are the best, miss you!
